Mixed emotions are never truly pleasant. It’s an indication that something in your life could be better aligned. Today I’m dealing with that. I want to see better results in my workouts. I want to hit new levels with my business. I want to have a deeply connected and loving relationship.
Yet, in all that wanting I realize that I have been focusing on the lack of what is in my life. As law of attraction teaches, what we focus on attracts on what we receive.
So it’s time for me to take baby steps into better vibrations and emotions. So that is the first step:
- Surrender and Accept.
Once I feel relief by reminding myself that today’s reality is the experience of yesterday’s manifestation work.
- Feel what you DO want.
After I surrender and become present, I feel what I want DO want to experience. In my imagination, I feel a healthy stronger body. I feel business opportunities. I feel deeply connected love. I feel the joy of knowing that I need to be patience in allowing my 3D world to catch up with my 4D thoughts and dreams.
- KNOW that it is done.
The third and most powerful step is to KNOW that it is done and live it vibrational for the day. The third step sounds woo-hoo. I know. I get it. It sort of is. Allow me to clarify it like this.
If you imagine your best and most highest self, what would you be doing differently? Would you choose healthier foods? I know I would so I choose that as a food choice for the day.

Would you get the workout done? Absolutely so I schedule my workout.
Would you make different business choices.?Would you reject the person that doesn’t show up in your life? You get the point. I know my answers but do you?
